Morgan joined the Aspen Digital team in September 2022 as a Google Public Policy Fellow, before graduating with a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs where she focused on technology and security policy. She is now a Program Associate working on responsible technology projects.
Prior to pursuing her MPA, Morgan spent several years in the private sector managing content marketing programs for entertainment and technology companies including PBS, Nintendo of America, and Moz (a subsidiary of Ziff Davis). She was the 2022 recipient of the Ziff Davis Achievement Award for Purpose, for her work promoting gender diversity in the search marketing industry.
Outside of her professional work, Morgan was elected President of Columbia’s Digital and Cyber Group for 2022. She also served as Precinct Committee Officer for the Seattle 43rd Legislative District from 2016-2020, as Events Chair for the 43rd District from 2020-2021, and as Block Captain for Rep. Pramila Jayapal’s 2020 congressional campaign.
