David Lashway

David Lashway is co-leader of the firm’s global Privacy and Cybersecurity practice and a member of the firm’s global Executive Committee. David also serves as a member of the firm’s Chambers Band 1 (2021–2025) ranked Crisis Management and Strategic Response group, and the firm’s White Collar Defense and Investigations Group, which is ranked among the top two law firms globally by the Global Investigations Review (2023–2024). David is widely recognized as a leading adviser for crisis management, cybersecurity, data security incidents, misinformation, trade secret theft, and related investigation and litigation matters.
