André Molina is the Secretary of Information Security and Cyber Security at the Institutional Security Office (GSI) of the Presidency of Brazil, and the Deputy Chair of the National Cybersecurity Committee (CNCIber).

As Secretary, he oversees key public policies and initiatives, including the National Cybersecurity Policy, Strategy, and Plan, as well as the National Information Security Policy. He leads the Government’s Cyber Incident Prevention, Treatment, and Response Center (CTIR Gov) and establishes national and international cooperation and partnerships within the cybersecurity domain.

With over 20 years of experience in the public sector, Mr. Molina has held key leadership positions at the Brazilian Air Force, the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU), and the Federal Senate. His career has been dedicated to protecting the Brazilian government’s critical data and systems.

He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA) – BRA, Master’s degrees in Cybersecurity and Telecommunications from the University of Brasília (UnB) – BRA, and a specialization in Cryptography from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF) – BRA. He is ISC2 certified as a CISSP and CC.
