Kyle A. Newell is a sustainability and innovation leader with more than 20 years of experience working across food systems, agriculture, climate, and economic development in over 40 countries. During his tenure at EY, he served as the Global Agriculture Sustainability Leader and helped develop sustainability and responsible business strategies across EY’s global network of more than 150 member firms. He advised multinational companies including Syngenta, Bayer, Unilever, and GAP on sustainable agriculture, supply chains, and inclusive business models, while overseeing a $40 million social investment portfolio. Kyle later served as Managing Director of the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) at the Aspen Institute, leading a global team across and advancing entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems. He currently advises organizations on food security, emerging technologies, and the responsible application of AI to strengthen agricultural systems and improve development outcomes.
