We’re hiring! Aspen Digital is seeking a new Events Manager to lead and execute all aspects of event production. This individual will work on marquee events, such as the Aspen Cyber Summit and Shared Futures: The AI Forum, as well as other high-touch gatherings of various sizes around the US and potentially abroad. They will interact with a range of partners and internal and external stakeholders.
This position will report to our Director of Events and Special Projects. The salary range offered is $90,000 – $105,000. As a hybrid, Washington, DC-based position, the Events Manager is expected to work in person at the Washington, DC, office approximately two days per week. Occasional travel is also required.
The ideal candidate has a minimum 5 years of event planning experience, especially on large-scale events in the nonprofit sector. They have a track record of liaising with vendors, strong project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
