Her leadership in building virtual resource hubs and streamlining organizational processes has enabled her teams to operate with greater agility and responsiveness—critical in today’s fast-paced digital environment. She has also led national training initiatives that equip thousands of nonprofit practitioners with the skills and resources needed to better serve their communities.
A bilingual advocate with a BBA in Global Business and certifications in community leadership and learning systems, Cynthia is deeply committed to closing the digital divide and addressing the racial wealth gap. She has witnessed firsthand how limited access to technology and misinformation disproportionately affect Latino communities, particularly in moments of civic urgency and crisis.
