Dr. Greg Rattray is Chief Strategy and Risk Officer for Andesite and a senior advisor to the Red Cell Partners Cyber practice. He is the Executive Director of the Cyber Defense Assistance Collaborative (CDAC), which has facilitated over $30 million in voluntary cyber defense assistance to Ukraine. He is founder of Next Peak LLC, a cybersecurity risk management firm, and Adjunct Senior Professor at Columbia University. Greg served at J.P. Morgan Chase from 2014-2019 as the Global CISO, then Head of Global Cyber Partnerships. Dr. Rattray retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2007 as a Colonel after 23 years, including as Director for Cybersecurity on the National Security Council in the White House and commanding the Operations Group of the Air Force Information Warfare Center. He pioneered Defense Department and US national cyber exercise programs and helped initiate the AF and DoD partnerships with defense industry.
