Isabella Sarmiento is the Events Manager at Aspen Digital, where she plays a key role in designing and executing strategic convenings that foster meaningful dialogue and impactful engagement. She joined Aspen Digital in 2023 from The Institute for the Study of War with years of experience in event management across both the hospitality industry and the think tank sector.
Throughout her career, Isabella has worked at the intersection of hospitality and mission-driven organizations, intentionally blending her academic background in International Studies from American University with hands-on operational expertise. Her experience spans high-level conferences, policy-focused meetings, and curated events that prioritize both seamless execution and thoughtful participant experience.
Isabella is passionate about creating environments where ideas flourish and connections are strengthened. She is known for her adaptability, strong work-ethic, and commitment to delivering events that are both operationally excellent and purpose-driven.
Isabella earned her B.A. in International Studies from American University and is bilingual in both Spanish and English.
