Leah oversees programs and partnerships across South and Southeast Asia for Cadasta, advancing inclusive land and resource governance, community tenure formalization, and stronger land administration systems. Her work focuses on expanding access to secure land and resource rights through participatory approaches that engage governments, civil society organizations, Indigenous Peoples, and local communities. Most recently, she designed and implemented a grant facility supporting Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities in strengthening forest tenure security across the world’s major forest basins.

Prior to joining Cadasta, Leah worked with NCBA CLUSA and ACDI/VOCA, supporting agricultural development and cooperative strengthening initiatives. With professional experience spanning Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia, she brings a cross-regional perspective on the role of land governance in sustainable development and community resilience. Leah holds a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
