Robin Jones

Data Literacy Lead, North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services

Robin Jones is the Data Literacy Lead at the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS), where she spearheads initiatives to equip employees with essential skills in data literacy and artificial intelligence. Her career spans education and public service, including roles as an Adjunct Instructor with the North Carolina Community College System and an Information Management Officer for the United States Marine Corps.

Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Pfeiffer University and a Master of Science in Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University. She also has a Cybersecurity Professional Certificate from East Carolina University, the CompTIA Security+ certification, and the Google Data Analytics Certificate.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys reading, watching true crime documentaries, and engaging in hands-on hobbies like crocheting, jewelry-making, and spending time at the range.
