Devon Regal serves as the Program Manager for Cybersecurity Programs at Aspen Digital. Since joining the team in 2023, Devon has leveraged her expertise in stakeholder engagement, operations, and strategic communications to drive solutions to critical technology security challenges. She is committed to building trust in our digital world by bridging the gap between technical experts and policymakers.
Previously with Democracy Fund and Common Cause, Devon is an ardent supporter of a strong civil society. She graduated with Honors from the University of Michigan’s Ford School with a B.A. in Public Policy and a minor in Science, Technology, and Society (STS), focusing her studies on intersectional systems thinking and how political forces can shape technological outcomes.
Based in Washington, D.C., she is an avid reader, an aspiring birder, and an occasional salsa dancer (when she’s wearing the right shoes).
