Jeff Greene is a co-founder of Civira Partners, a strategic advisory firm focused on cybersecurity, national security, and resilience. Jeff has worked in national security, cybersecurity, and risk management for over thirty years, and was the Senior Director of Cybersecurity Programs with Aspen Digital from 2022 to 2024. Jeff left Aspen to become the Executive Assistant Director for Cybersecurity at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. He had previously served in the White House as the Chief for Cyber Response & Policy on the National Security Council in the White House. He also worked as the Director of the National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the Vice President of Global Government Affairs and Policy at Symantec, and on the Senate and House Homeland Security Committees. He served on numerous cybersecurity boards and commissions, including the Cyber Safety Review Board, NIST’s Information Security and Privacy Advisory Board, and as staff to President Obama’s 2016 Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity. Before joining government, Jeff was a lawyer at a Washington, D.C. firm.
